What Happens In A Session?
Sessions usually last 1-1/2 hours for Eden Energy Healing and 2 hours for Quan. TM Healing. The beginning of the session usually includes a discussion about priorities and goals. Amy’s education, understanding, training and experience in the field of nursing makes it easy for clients to discuss their medical, psychological and spiritual problems. 
Amy focuses on two techniques, Eden Energy Medicine, and Quan.TM Healing. Her training in Homeopathy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reconnective Healing Gemstone Energy Medicine or Body Centered Hypnosis, may be also used as intuited by Amy as she listens to her clients.
Amy’s warm, kind, caring, compassionate and healing presence allows her clients to feel safe, nurtured, and understood. Amy’s combined experience in nursing and holistic health spans over 20 years and delivers deeply satisfying short and long-term results.
Each session is designed to remove blocks and persistent resistant energies, which contribute to acute or chronic physical, mental and emotional imbalances. During this process, former beliefs, behaviors and habitual unwanted patterns will be explored and released.
After a Healing Session-Rest, relaxation & following the body's inner wisdom & inclinations after a session is recommended. Clients report feeling lighter and brighter, as fresh energy channels were restored and excessive energy blockages were released. Sometimes, clients might feel the desire to go slowly, eat lightly & healthfully, and feel the need to nap or go to sleep early.
This inner guidance for rest allows the healing to be received by the body on a deeper level. As a result of listening to the body's whispers, clients often gain insight and receive answers to their most pressing life challenges soon after an energy session.
A newer, calmer perspective and harmonious state is achieved in the mind and in the body, which reflects one’s truest essence and deepest desires for health, vitality, love, a sense of purpose, and all the good things in life.
Energy-Wise Recommendations-While the energy balancing received during a session works beyond the session itself, it is recommended that in order to maintain the newer and more balanced mind-body shifts, clients are asked to follow a recommended self-care plan.
This might include meditation, simple, easy and quick energy exercises, or journaling. This allows the changes to be integrated permanently into the body and assists in progressing to the next level with subsequent sessions as needed.
Distance Healing sessions are also available via phone, Skype or distance energy methods for those living outside the Westchester area. This is a wonderful way to have additional support after a workshop or session, or if one is traveling.

treatments for a particular diagnosis. The holistic energy sessions
offered such as Homeopathy, Eden Energy Medicine, Reconnective Healing
or other modalities is essentially used to balance, rejuvenate and
restore the inner resources of the body, mind and spirit, so you may
experience a vital, healthy and fulfilling life.

Quan TM/Quantum Healing Session is $175 for a 2 hour session.

Prior to your first session we will have a 20 minute telephone consultation, which is included in the fee, to determine your needs and goals and for me to ascertain your level of understanding of Energy Healing. This will enable me to tailor your in-person session to be of the most benefit to you.
EDEN ENERGY MEDICINE SESSIONS
The first 15-20 minutes of the session will be a discussion to add any relevant information to a history or to provide instructions for the healing session.
The Eden Energy Medicine session will include 45-50 minutes of actual body work, relaxation, energy healing, energy clearing, rebalancing, and rejuvenation.
The final 15 minutes will include a review of the session, teaching, and energy-wise recommendations for you to do in between sessions to maintain the energy work and facilitate further energy healing.
For those who have chronic health issues, weekly Energy Healing sessions or a minimum of 5 Eden Energy Medicine sessions are recommended in order to make progress and to see faster improvement in health and well-being.
QUAN. TM (QUANTUM) HEALING SESSIONS
The first 15-20 minutes of the session will be a discussion to add information, to ask questions, and to provide instructions regarding the Quan. TM process.
The Quan. TM Healing session will include 60 minutes of varying levels of relaxation, deep meditation, energy releasing, and accessing the inner truth around chronic stress or emotional issues.
The final 20-30 minutes of the session will include processing and assimilation of the session, an understanding of what e-motion was released, and a sharing of the experience. Recommendations will be given on how to meditate in between sessions in order to facilitate the continued ability to relax, unwind, and release the energy of daily emotions.
For those who have long-standing trauma, tremendous stress, and many emotions that are blocking their health, happiness and well-being, a minimum of 5 Quan. TM sessions would be beneficial in order to release the emotional trail and gain access to mental clarity and emotional freedom.
A Post-session write-up and written Energy-Wise Recommendations
Clients love receiving Post-Session write-ups about their session with their responses, feelings and insights, as it helps them process and grow from their experience.
They also feel more confident having the write-ups of the Energy-Wise Recommendations and Energy Exercises so that they understand how to do them. The empowerment comes from learning how to access their own energy so that they can feel healthier, calmer, and happier on a daily basis.

Fees/Missed Appointments
Fees are payable at the time of service or can be conveniently paid on line ahead of time via PayPal. Please be aware of the fee per session ahead of time so you are clear about the amount due. A charge of $25 will be incurred for any returned check.
To change or cancel an appointment, there will not be a charge if I am given 24 hours notice. However, if this occurs within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for payment in full for your session. If a dire emergency occurs, the fee may be waived upon my consideration. Thank you for your kind understanding.
